The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

If you have a scheduled appointment or other business at the MTF, please verify with your provider or applicable office within the MTF to ensure there are no changes in schedule. To learn how the lapse in appropriations affects your TRICARE benefit, visit www.tricare.mil/shutdown

Mask Policy

Mask guidance is based on our local COVID-19 transmission level, which is subject to change. Our transmission level is determined by the combination of CDC community-level tracking and our standard precautions for clinical care. Possible transmission levels are High, Medium, and Low.

Current Local COVID-19 Transmission Level: Medium

Current Mask Guidance

In outpatient settings, hospital corridors, and transit areas, masks are optional.

Masks are STILL REQUIRED if you:
  • Have symptoms of COVID-19
  • Were recently exposed to someone with COVID-19
  • Are in the Emergency Department, an inpatient ward, surgery area, or sick call
Your safety and well-being are top priorities. Staff members, visitors, and patients reserve the right to wear masks in any setting based on personal comfort or concern for exposure. In addition, all are encouraged to wear masks in settings with vulnerable or immunosuppressed patients.

We will continue to closely monitor our local COVID-19 transmission level and update our mask guidance accordingly.
