Internal Medicine Clinic

Our team provide comprehensive, patient-centered, evidence-based medical care which optimizes access to care, continuity, self-management support and shared decision making.
 
Patients experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (i.e., cough, congestion, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, fever, chills, loss of taste or smell) may walk in to the Internal Medicine clinic for COVID testing Monday - Friday, 9–11 a.m. or 1–3 p.m. Patients experiencing symptoms should follow the Malcom Grow mask policy when coming in to the clinic.

Conditions Diagnosed and Treated

Highly trained and board certified, our team of internists provide diagnosis and treatment to beneficiaries ages 17 and above with chronic medical conditions such as:

  • Diabetes
  • Asthma
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Cardiac conditions such as Atrial Fibrillation
  • Hyperlipidemia
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Atrial Fibrillation
  • COPD

Procedures

Prescribed intramuscular injections are given on an appointment only basis.
