Family Health
As one of Joint Base Andrews Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) clinics, the Family Health Clinic is comprised of two clinical teams: Ravens and the Raptors. Each clinic team has four board certified provider PCMH teams assigned with a mix of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and medical technicians both active duty and civilian.
We aim to improve the health of our retirees, their families, and the family members of our Active Duty population by providing safe, timely, and evidence-based health care. Our primary care services focus on prevention and screening, as well as, treating illness.
Personnel experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (i.e. cough, congestion, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, fever, chills, loss of taste or smell) must have a negative COVID-19 test within 7 days of onset of symptoms, If not, you may be deferred to the COVID-19 testing site.
