Active Duty Operational Medicine Clinics

Military members are assigned to an Active Duty Operational Medicine clinic, with a Primary Care Manager assigned to care for members of their unit.

Active duty family members, retirees, and retiree family members are assigned to one of our Family Medicine Clinics specific and Operational Medicine services are provided through:

Behavioral Health Optimization Program (BHOP)

Additionally, we offer BHOP services within our Primary Care Clinics. Patients can self-refer or can be referred by their Primary Care Manager.
