Who We Serve
We provide premier health care and same-day access for the:
- Presidential Airlift Group
- Special Airlift Mission Wing
- Other Presidential Support Duty (PSD) members in the National Capital Region and their family
We are the Air Force’s only dedicated Presidential Support Clinic to support PSD medical clearances at Joint Base Andrews.
We provide full spectrum primary care, aerospace and occupational medicine, outpatient procedures, and travel medicine, fully integrated with acupuncture and complementary medicine.
Services Provided
Clinic services are limited to assigned active duty service members and family members.

Elective/Cosmetic Surgery
Active duty members must have MTF coordination and Unit Commander approval prior to scheduling or receiving surgery. Elective surgery is defined as non-emergent surgery at the member’s expense performed by a civilian or military physician and is not covered by health insurance.
