Our clinic provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for diseases and symptoms of the gastrointestinal system. The clinic also offers colorectal cancer screening and surveillance for patients with a history of colon polyps. Specific services provided include: colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and flexible sigmoidoscopy. Services are available for active duty, dependents, and retirees, ages 18-65. A referral is required from your primary care manager. Appointments and procedures are scheduled through both the appointment line as well as the Referral Management Center. For colorectal cancer screening/surveillance of prior colon polyps, if your only need is for a screening or surveillance colonoscopy, for example no gastrointestinal symptoms or other issues, you may be eligible for direct access scheduling, which is being scheduled for a procedure without a preceding clinic visit.
