The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Services are limited to the Emergent Care Center on all federal holidays, designated family days, and the second and fourth Thursday of each month. 

The Emergent Care Center at Joint Base Andrews is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week. Patients with after-hours emergency medical needs will be directed (or transported by ambulance if calling 911) to an emergency department at a nearby hospital.
