We provide services to help the National Capital Region’s active duty service members, and National Guard and Reserve members on active duty orders, recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve mobility through personalized physical therapy treatments and classes.
Services Available
We provide expert care for a variety of injuries and conditions, including but not limited to:
- Pre- & post-surgical rehabilitation
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Spinal pain (including neck, back and hip pain)
- Pelvic floor pain & conditions of female active duty service members
- Work-related injuries & chronic pain
- Sports & performance injuries
- Chronic pain & overuse conditions
How to Make an Appointment
If you receive a referral from your primary care manager, please call the appointment line at 888-999-1212 or 855-227-6331, Option 1 (JB Andrews) or Option 2 (JB Bolling), to schedule your initial appointment.
If you’re an active duty service member and want to schedule through direct access without a referral, please call 240-612-1839 for your initial evaluation.
Immediate Acute Injury Care Appointment
If you’ve recently sustained an acute injury within the past three months and need immediate care, please schedule an appointment with our acute care physical therapist at the Warrior Operational Medicine Clinic. No referral required.
